The Hillsboro Community, a neighborhood located in Allen County, Indiana comprised of 358 homes.  Hillsboro was established in 1979 by North Eastern Enterprise, Inc. 

Most of the homes were built between 1979 and 1983.  It is a sprawling family friendly neighborhood with sidewalks, mature trees throughout, 5 acres of parks for resident use, swing sets and a playground.  

Hillsboro is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors including 4 officers (President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary).  The Officers and board members are elected during the annually in the fall,  usually in October, and Officers being elected annually in November. Vacant Board positions can be filled as needed throughout the year.

We strongly encourage homeowner participation in all aspects of helping the neighborhood be a great place to live.
